• Clients guarantee that all submitted passport copies, source-of-wealth declarations, and business activities comply with UAE AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and goAML laws.

• Professional Consulting Fees: Retainers compensate professional case preparation, document audit, and legal representation; refunds are governed exclusively by the written terms of your signed Client Engagement Contract.
